Nesta liturgia, substitui-se a cor branca, corrente no Tempo Pascal, pela cor vermelha, pr\u00f3pria do santo m\u00e1rtir. A liturgia do dia tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 substitu\u00edda pela liturgia da festa, bem como ocorre a entoa\u00e7\u00e3o do Hino de Louvor. Ainda assim, ocorrem apenas uma leitura, o salmo e o Evangelho.<br \/>\nEsta festa ocorre sempre no dia 25\/04, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 celebrada se ocorrer em um domingo, pois esta data ocorre no Tempo Pascal e os domingos da p\u00e1scoa possuem preced\u00eancia sobre as festas dos santos e m\u00e1rtires.<br \/>\n<strong>S\u00e3o Marcos Evangelista<\/strong><br \/>\nEste santo \u00e9 tido como um disc\u00edpulo de S\u00e3o Pedro, tendo sido batizado pelo pr\u00f3prio Pedro, segundo algumas fontes antigas. Teria sido na casa de sua fam\u00edlia, quando era ainda menino, que Jesus celebrara a \u00daltima Ceia e os disc\u00edpulos teriam vivenciado o Pentecostes.<br \/>\nMais tarde, Marcos seguiria Pedro para Roma e, ap\u00f3s a morte deste e de S\u00e3o Paulo, o evangelista partiu para outras \u00e1reas mediterr\u00e2nicas, espalhando a boa nova de Cristo. Acredita-se que tenha sofrido o mart\u00edrio, no dia 25 de abril de 68 (d.c), um domingo de P\u00e1scoa.<br \/>\n<strong>Evangelho<\/strong><br \/>\nO seu evangelho \u00e9 de grande import\u00e2ncia para a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00e2non b\u00edblico. Anteriormente, os eruditos consideravam que Mateus seria o primeiro Evangelho, mas, atualmente, a cr\u00edtica b\u00edblica reconhece Marcos como o Evangelho mais antigo que se tem, mesmo entre os ap\u00f3crifos. Com a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos estudos b\u00edblicos, da hist\u00f3ria e da arqueologia, considera-se que Marcos teria sido o Evangelho base para os outros dois sin\u00f3ticos (Lucas e Mateus).<br \/>\nA famosa &#8220;Hip\u00f3tese das Duas Fontes&#8221; afirma que dois documentos deram origem aos Evangelhos Sin\u00f3ticos. O primeiro \u00e9 o pr\u00f3prio evangelho de Marcos, escrito pela tradi\u00e7\u00e3o vinda de Jerusal\u00e9m, diretamente dos ap\u00f3stolos. No caso, de S\u00e3o Pedro. A segunda fonte \u00e9 chamada de &#8220;Documento Q&#8221;, ou &#8220;Fonte Q&#8221;, e cont\u00e9m os registros hist\u00f3ricos sobre Jesus que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o mencionados pelo evangelista Marcos. O nome &#8220;Q&#8221; vem da palavra germ\u00e2nica, &#8220;quelle&#8221;, que significa &#8220;fonte&#8221;.<br \/>\nCom o tempo, esta an\u00e1lise foi refinada e, hoje, acredita-se na exist\u00eancia de outras fontes, as quais foram utilizadas para compor os Evangelhos Sin\u00f3ticos. Quem n\u00e3o crer ser\u00e1 condenado.\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-style: inherit\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit\">17<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit\">Os sinais que acompanhar\u00e3o aqueles que crerem ser\u00e3o estes: expulsar\u00e3o dem\u00f4nios em meu nome, falar\u00e3o novas l\u00ednguas;\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-style: inherit\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit\">18<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit\">se pegarem em serpentes ou beberem algum veneno mortal n\u00e3o lhes far\u00e1 mal algum; quando impuserem as m\u00e3os sobre os doentes, eles ficar\u00e3o curados\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit\">19<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit\">Depois de falar com os disc\u00edpulos, o Senhor Jesus foi levado ao c\u00e9u, e sentou-se \u00e0 direita de Deus.\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-style: inherit\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit\">20<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit\">Os disc\u00edpulos ent\u00e3o sa\u00edram e pregaram por toda parte.
